I personally have about 3 of these cards and another 2 AMEX black bards. I give them out to my servants as rewards. Chase hasn't earned one yet though. Maybe when he learns to properly spell a black card will be a nice reward.

Unless you have the original American Express Black Card imho it wouldn't be worth bragging about. THAT card (which requires you to spend $250,000 a year) shows you got money to burn. That's why it's become a balla status symbol. All the other knock off cards are meaningless.

^^^ this is the truth!! i have one card for emergencies only. everything else is completely paid for. after the crap i went through back in 2005 and 2006 i will never build CC debt again.
