Amazing work, Wake. I wish I could do stuff like this. Some weekends I just pace around the house looking for something to do. I'm almost enthused when the cars need washing. Making dios would be a great hobby. I'm meticuous enough for the job, just completely and utterly devoid of talent. :lol

KSC... to be honest, although there's a certain amount of talent that goes into designing the pieces, the majority is craft know-how. Craft can be learned. Problem solving and know-how. Creativity comes in figuring out how to achieve certain effects and making it happen. Start small. Maybe build a simple two wall corner display and go from there.

Damn thats badass , any far away shot of how big the whole thing is?

Not yet, unfortunately. The bottom two shelves are full of boxes at the moment because without the acrylic glass my cat would have a field day with my expensive custom figures. lol. Soon though.

i love coming in here for motivation to get back into the doing your own work part of the hobby...its prolly more full filling then having to wait for someone else....:)

Do you think in open dios commissions Omar?

At some point yes. My issue is time. For me to make a Diorama requires a lot of attention. So they take time. I can only make them in my free time. Usually weekends and nights. My day job pays well... lol... so for me to take time away from my job requires that the dioramas be expensive. haha.

SO, the way i plan on working around that at first is by making duplicates of dioramas Im already planning on making for myself. That way I can make them at the same time. Save some time and effort that way.

You should go all out and make a dio of the White's backyard, complete with a pool filled with real water, next, Omar.:lecture

That would be cool. So many cool ideas for BrBa dioramas. I could spend a year on that show alone.

Saul's Office would be awesome. So would the Meth Lab

Alright so minor update:

While you're at it, make the entire Heisenburg house equipped with pizza on the roof! :clap

That looks sick, already a fan of every diorama you made but this one is going to be epic!!!

Probably the last interior detail to go in before the curtains will be the ceiling. Crossbeams and planks like in the show. I left a hole to accomodate more wiring if It was gonna be too dark, but I think the TV and windows are enough lighting. Maybe for an alternate look?
