Okay as promised here are my horrible pictures of the Spirited Entertainer and True Originals. Hopefully with more practice I'll actually get pretty good at getting the lighting and everything decent. At least these didn't come out blurry. :lol

I really love this piece. When I picked it up I spent several minutes admiring the paint on the ghost. It's really cool and I think it does a decent job imitating the hologram on the ride. It's a bit shiny though.

Walt's face looks much better in this piece than the two previous ones featuring him. In my opinion at least. I should have gotten a close up of it like I did Oswald but I didn't think about it.

Thanks for the pics! I hope I can get the HM one off eBay later for a good price. Walt looks better than I thought he would.

Here is a photo of my Olszewski Main Street. It measures 6 feet by 3 feet. I have it on top of a table.

That's pretty sweet. Would you buy the official Olszewki Main Street base or is that the official one? It's hard to tell from the picture.

Here is one of the front of the platform. You cannot see all the buildings, but I can put up some individual photos later!

I really like this and have been tempted to get a few pieces for myself.
I also realized that although this is scaled well and really accurate, the train tracks itself seems really off to me and throws off the accuracy. The train encircles the entire Disneyland park and not just Main Street USA. I'd almost think it would be better if they just made the train track section on the front portion.

Olszewski Studios is actually going ahead and producing a platform base for Fantasyland. It will be constructed in such a way as the two platforms can be connected. Not sure if the train will circle Fantasyland, but the cool news is that the Matterhorn is down the road and they've made sure to align everything up correctly so that the skybuckets can run from Tomorrowland to Fantasyland (and yes, the Matterhorn will have the holes for the lines and buckets to run through).

Hi guys. I am new to this board as a member but have been following it for quite some time now as a guest. It rocks...simply put. I started collecting WDCC stuff some time back but am not able to continue due to my personal financial crisis. (Still trying to hold on to my Jungle Book stuff though..I love them). I have to say that WDCC figurines are awesome and the best there is. I am looking forward to PF based on Disney charecters from sideshow though.

Does Disneyland still have the skyway?

I really wish I wasn't low on money at the moment. I was able to got to SAL$A at Wide World of Sports and they had quite afew WDCC pieces for 70% off. :(

No, the skybuckets have long been history. But, Olszewski is also releasing a Nostalgia line that centers on attractions of the past. He has already released the Moonliner with the Monsanto House of the Future slated for next year. Also in the plans is the Chicken of the Sea Pirate ship which has its base in the same proportions as the Dumbo ride, so one can place it in its original spot (where the Dumbo ride exists now). I kind of like the idea of being able to choose between current and past attractions.

That is a pretty cool feature. People who get all of these pieces are going to have an amazing display.

My big worry now is whether to attach the Fantasyland base to the Main Street base or keep it separate. I was going to order a plexiglass case for Main Street, but may have to wait. Of course that adds another 3 feet to the existing 6 feet so not sure I would even have room for that length!

Having it alll together would be very awesome, however I imagine that you will get a better view if it is seperate.

Wow, I wish I had access to deals like that. I'm curious what they had on sale?

All of The Pirates of the Caribbean ride statues except the Jail Scene.

Bo Peep from Toy Story

Werewolf from Nightmare Before Christmas

Chernabog

Beauty and the Beast: The Curse is Broken

I believe there were a couple more.

Ugh, they're retiring the entire dwarf mine scene. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get this. I need to get Cogsworth and Sorcerer Mickey before those disappear and I just have no clue how I can possibly work the dwarf mine scene in with everything else. It may slip through my fingers...

I'd really like to get this Alice piece for my wife... but I just can't swing the price. I saw it at SDCC at the Sideshow Booth and thought it looked stunning!

I was wondering, would anyone happen to know where I could aquire Beasts castle from the Enchanted Places line? Is it possible to find for under 300?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found one. :)

Maleficents castle looks incredibly awesome. And being a big Jiminy Cricket fan I like the one with him in the bubble. I doubt I will get either though. Too many other things I want more.
