Geez, I wonder which DVD I'm popping in next... :lol

I gotta tell you guys, GET those leg sleeves for Arnie, his legs look amazing. I've got him taller too now, he's like 12.5 ". Then paint ALL his zippers with a sharpie silver pen, I even detailed his boot buckles, makes a HUGE difference. These are Sarah's feet.

Wonder if those Newline boots EF recommended for Sarah were the same ones he recommended for T-800.

Looks like great height accuracy between the 2 figures.

Did you just do the "boot lift" or "heel raise" on Arnie? If so, works wonders.

No heel lift, when I slipped the boots over the leg sleeves I couldn't get them all the way up his calf, end result, half inch taller, he can't even fit in the box without flexing his knees. His legs look kick ass, seriously, you can see the definition in some of these shots, way it should be... Get them guys! :D

Dave, I wonder about those newline boots too, Sarah's feet are really tiny. Hope to see Evil post some pics soon with a report.

I'm getting a pair too no doubt. I have some NewLine on another figure and the boots really make the whole lower half of the figure. I think Sarah will look tons better with some real leather NL boots.

My T800 uses the Pops T3 boots.

Nice work on that early terminator shirt. Never knew there was a skull on it.

P, are you just using pastels for the shirt pattern? Where did you find a good reference (other than the DVD)?

You'll have to ask DarkArtist Bro, he's doing this stuff for me. Sarah's denim jacket is actually a faded darker denim color in the film. I chose a lighter blue because the the other Fembasic jacket was TOO dark. Josh also weathered it for me and did that amazing patch. I am adding the corduroy collar and sleeves. It will be a ONE of ONE.

Tech shirt: The ref shot I sent Josh I believe was provided by the screen grab king, YOU! But I'm sure Josh is using DVD ref imagery too... I am not getting all anal about accuracy as he will be weaing his field coat over it... Josh is dying the field jacket (and painting patches) and Kyle's trench as we speak.

That's amazing that Josh was able to reproduce the detail from that image. Even more amazing if he just brushed it on with acryls. I would think some fine pastel pencils or paint pens would do the trick but I can't even see the finer details on the DVD.

Yep, pretty amazing. I asked him to paint Sarah's patch on a separate piece of cut cloth, I was going to apply it to the jacket but he already did that!

Again, Tech shirt anything close works for me as you won't see much of it. The only thing I have to figure out is how to stud the field coat. I remember there was some type of stud gun made for making jewelry and applying studding to clothing, etc. Maybe something like that will work...

Yes, I think I have seen some jewelry studs at Hobby Lobby and Michaels that would probably work.

yeah her stock boots suck, but i bet the Newline are too big on her to look right. i put some nice leather DID boots on het and even tho they are smaller than most other boots i have they still looks a bit big on her.

anyway, i'm happy. switched the bigboy bod on Arnie for an HT and gave Sarah a BBI rubber armed body (from a LAPD Somers fig). really happy w/ the way they look now. couldn't get Arnie to look right even w/ the leg sheaths.

Okay, she needs some futzing but here are the first ever shots of Pescadero Sarah...

Tank T - Dragon (needs some shrinking/water treatment and futzing, but will work fine!)
Sweats - Nicely done by Skip of Project Are
Keys and Baton - BBI Somers

Note: Sarah's left fingers are fused but can be separated by cutting carefully so she is holding her keyring around her thumb. She looks great in other outfits, I think her scupt and paint apps actually look better with more neutral tones. Next up, Sarah's Denim jacket currently being weathered by DarkArtist who is also painting the "Chett's Auto" Patch. Beige Corduroy Collar to be made by pjam.

I think you did a great job on her. I plan to display her in the same outfit.

May I suggest that you also add a drawstring to her sweat pants to make the outfit more film accurate.

Sarah arrived today, very nice figure, but as soon as I let her out of the box, she goes off snipering...
