Four inches of heavy, wet snow, accumulated in a layer of slush and I had to drive 40 miles to work tonight on a backroad. I had Millenium Falcon windshield the whole way. Visibility was zilch.

Snow days are for the weak. :rock

Our snow days for this school year are now used up. Any days we miss now have to be made up at the end of the year. Doesn't matter to me though, I'll take all I can get. :)

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010 - Snow flurries in the High Mojave Desert.

Not that it has never happened before, but it is just unusual enough to warrant a mention.

I woke up this morning and my 5-year-old had snuck in to bed with us overnight. When I woke her up, she looked past me and out the window and asked if that was rain or snow.

It was snow. I am pretty stoked. I don't hate the desert heat, but I do like a change sometimes and we have had a pretty good year so far for changing weather. No, not what you would have other places, but a lot for this area.

As hot and humid as it's starting to get in Ohio, snow would be nice. I hate heat. I can always get warm, but it's hard to keep cool. There's no AC at the school where I work, my car AC is acting up as well. Turned mine on at the house last night. Gonna love those electric bills! :(

wow Some of southern US got snow, yet in Canada, we here in the North are experiencing highs for heat... it's been a very warm to Hot Spring for us here! Some days have been record high and we been getting beautiful weather since the start of March.

Oh, and I eff'ing hate snow and the cold! So glad our winter was short. Anyone who likes the cold, and the dead of winter is nuts! BRING ON A HOT BEAUTIFUL SUMMER BABY!!! :yess::rock

It's snowing in Seattle. I'm not sure how I feel about this - I hate driving in snow.

There was snow dusted on cars this morning. Now it's freezing rain and hovering around 35 degrees. When the sun goes down, my drive to work should be interesting.

Man, I feel sorry for you people having to deal with that now. :(

It is 73 degrees right now where I live. But, it is suppose to get colder the rest of the week.

After work, I plan to stop on my way home at Mountain High and snowboard a little for practice. Then I'll head home to watch Monday Night Football with wings and a fire in the fireplace.

Life is good. I love snow.

No snow in Toronto but, i hope we get a little bit in a few weeks.

I have to drive down a big hill to get to work - I may walk instead...but that's around 2 miles. ick It's f'n cold.

And I'll have my dog. :lol She's a little tripped out by the snow...she'll run around the yard, sniffing everywhere and then bolt somewhere else. This is her first time seeing snow.

I have a solution for you.

Move somewhere it doesn't snow. Or rarely snows. LOL jk jk :)

I like snow, cause I rarely see it.
