Working on a part II Jason unmasked.

Got that head from PapitoMX 2 years ago I think, I believe it was never offered and was sculpted by Sunhoc.

I just painted it and i'm in the middle of applying the hair.

Here's a teaser pic.

Looking good mate! You rarely see that sculpt, seen it very few times over a course of a couple of years! Great stuff.

Yep that's a great sculpt. I did a part 2 Jason a while back using that sculpt which I also bought from PapitoMX. I showed him here a long time ago.

Jaw-dropping and I'm looking forward to seeing him finished.

My Friday the 13th marathon finished last night with the 2009 remake and I really liked that movie (third or fourth time I have seen it now) and my only gripe with it was when Jason jumps out of the lake at the end he is totally undamaged and is wearing his mask again. :horror

They should have done a better ending than that I feel.

Oh and Trent really is a slimy repulsive character in the movie and I love it, A great character and he gets the death that he deserved.

Here's my latest Part 7 that I used an old crapy Mezco Jason 7 figure and completely overhauled him using SS parts.

Wow, sick job joe! Which parts are Neca? Their heads are 1/6?

Thanks man!! It's not Neca. It is Mezco which made a 12" figure of this guy back a few years ago but honestly it wasn't very good. :)

Really need a NB Jason! Yours looks really good. I always loved SSC horror figures but like you say they need some work but not bad figures. Maybe better coloring and not the ugly greys and brown pants they used.

Thank you pal.

Yep with a little bit of elbow grease these SSC Jason can look great and it is fun to do also.

I dont know what the mezco looked like starting out, but the end result is awesome, Ron. :clap

Great work Ron, I have been contemplating doing this for part VII but you just convinced me.
The physique is perfect for Hodder Jason.

After going back and forth on the body for Jason I think I found something i'm happy about.
It's the dam body uppder torso and HT lower body. The body has been padded a lot to get the proportion right.

All the clothing have been sourced on ebay. I dye and modified them to get them as accurate as possible.
