BOOM she blows up, end of story arc and new arc starts next season.....WTF..:lol:lol:lol

I'l be kinda gutted if the MIB theory isn't true. One of my mates I haven't seen in years asked me today what am I watching lately and I said Westworld, and no one else is. He hadn't a clue what I was talking about.

Lol if Uwe Boll was the showrunner, I'd expect that.

With Nolan and Joy on the other hand, I'm expecting something truly amazing.

It would be incredibly tragic if MIB's plan isn't to free Dolores to be with her - but rather intends to free both Dolores and Teddy so they can be together and live out the life he missed out on with her.

After all, Teddy is basically his good, younger self.

It's great to see Jonathan Nolan finally step out from his brother's shadow with his own hit too. I know he did Person of Interest but this is not that.

Incredible finale.

Wonderfully written and paced and refreshingly unpredictable.

All the great theories proved true:

-William became the Man in Black
-Dolores was Wyatt
-The maze was a road to self discovery aka consciousness

Loved Ford's end game. He basically made Dolores a "Moses" for the hosts and entrusted in her the power to take them from WW to our world. His death was also a great tribute to Arnold.

*Loved seeing a glimpse of another park set in ancient rural Japan.

Season 2 is going to be incredible. The hosts are now in control (kinda like Chrichton's sequel The Lost World). The year+ wait will be well worth it.

The delight on Ed Harris' face as the hosts enroached on the guests was priceless.

Hopkins was just consistently amazing throughout the season. Bidding goodbye to Bernard succeeded emotionally not by shedding tears but through his understated, solemn delivery.

Feudal Japan was a nice surprise; something to look forward to hopefully in the next season. I think it's a great choice over the Medieval Europe and Ancient Rome in the original movie.

It's gonna be a long ass wait.

Dolores and William's story is just so ****ing tragic. He truly loved her but WESTWORLD took her away from him. So instead of moving on with his life (and marriage to Logan's sister) he kept coming back hoping one day she'd remember until he eventually stopped caring about her altogether.

At least Teddy's still around to be the man she deserves, the man William used to be.

Samurai World! :yess:

Dolores, the voice in her head was Her.So did she reach consciousness become self aware?

Best reveal for me was Ford actually wants the same thing that Arnold wanted for them, but needs them to be ready to be free.

The party, what a great scene, can't wait to see how it all plays out in a couple of years.

Really loved Armistice in this episode she looked so good being Bad.

Maeve's escape plan was basically a Dud;I mean come on,a child she totally knew was not real got to her.Our Motto' More Human than Human..maybe Maeve is Human:lol

I take it Hopkins only signed up for one season. Funny how all the security were just sitting ducks for the two hosts to shoot at, so hilarious! Doubt there will be a feudal Japan or any other worlds in the coming seasons. What's the point? All the host are going to be aware and going to kill any guests coming. So the show runners planned this for five seasons?!
Are the rest of the seasons about the hosts escaping or luring in guests to kill them all?

I actually found it dissappointing. Mostly because myself and a group of friends theories were all correct, including Ford being killed. There was no way Hopkins would sign on for more than one season. I'm the only person in the world who Hates the fact William was man in black.

Yes, three times.

First with Arnold, then again five years later with William and then again in present-day with Ford.

One of the greatest lines of the entire series was when Arnold told her "We can't open the park. You're alive." Jeffrey Wright's line delivery was perfect. The weight on this man's shoulders. He's created conscious beings but must now trap and torture them.

Think Wyatt was added into Dolores' memory.

Didn't like William turning into MIB but oh well. 30 years or so is a long time. And some people do change over time.
