In fact, as I understand it, the primary ingredient of polystone actually IS polyurethane. To create polystone, polyurethane resin is mixed with stone powder. The stone powder adds weight and reduces the cost.

I don't have to look into future, because it allready has totaly gone wrong. My Orthanc was bent like a banana and the reason were the polyurethan parts.

I'm sorry your Orthanc spikes were bent, but i can honestly say yours is the only one i've seen like that.
You have very bad luck with statues, methinks

Not even close. The DM version can't hold a candle to this no matter how hard someone tries to convince themselves otherwise. Now, of the price is too high for some I can see this being a decent enough space filler but that's about it.
