Statue Weta - Azog the Defiler on Warg

I'm sure I will. I did at comic-con. . A decent sized Smaug piece I think would easily blow Azog away and that is saying something.

Smaug better have alot going for it not just size...It needs size(as big as Azog, not just the old Daddy Balrog size), a great paint job, and an Erebor environment with gold and detailed green Marbled and very importantly dynamic action like the Azog...Plus the ES has to be at 1000 or less...Its alot to ask for...I have no doubts that Weta can do it...but those qualities need to be in it to beat this one IMHO

A daddy sized Balrog piece would do it. It would need a little enviro to it but the detailing and paint that I would assume would be done based on what we saw would give it a strong chance. Hopefully he's at comic-con.

When billing your credit card, does Weta charge in NZD or USD? Reason I ask is because this'll cost about $62 USD more now than when the order was placed if the billing is done in NZD.

Mine is through BBTS as well. They are great, but the only issue that I have is that you don't get advanced warning when a item arrives and your order gets processed. This usually isn't a big deal, but I wish I knew exactly when to expect the $700+ hit. I'm getting funds in order this week just to be on the safe side.

I agree a 48 hr heads up would be nice. I'm trying to get my funds ready by next week as well. Can't wait to finally see this in person!

USD I've never been charged more for a preorder than what is stated when I ordered it.

They are shaping up to possibly be my favorite film trilogy of all time but I still don't live and breath them. I can't have everything and sometimes tough sacrifices have to be made. Azog is awesome but I have my eye on another prize...Smaug. When they get around to making him he most certainly will be mine.

I understand. Your collection is more diverse where as mine is more Middle-earth centric so I would go the other way. Of course you've also got other "real word" issues that I don't.
