This one looks pretty good. The more I look at Gandalf, the more I want it. I think that one is the best so far. Having all 3 Wizards together would look nice.

I really like the new Gandalf piece, waiting for a sale on it to pick it up. I really like the idea of pieces that can fit into both story lines so I hope Legolas is also generic enough in costuming that it fits into LOTR and Hobbit themes. You can imagine a clever arrangement of pieces where they meet in the middle with pieces like this and on either side they fade into more dwarves or more Fellowship, with Gandalf centering the display.

I have also been contemplating what a custom single based arrangement of the 13 dwarves might look like.

I want to wait until Azog before I order another piece from Weta but I like Gandalf a lot and also like the idea of the wizards together.

Got my order in too as I expect this one to sell out quite quickly, as it's such an excellent looking statue - which will look great displayed next to Gandalf and (hopefully/eventually ) Saruman!

It should. I've used it before. I tried again and the same thing. I'm going to try a different card. The same one I used to buy the trolls. I just didn't want to use the same card.

It just must be that card. I used another card and it went through okay. Funny that the card I used for the trolls and the card that wouldn't go through is from the same bank.

Oh well. He's pre-ordered anyhow.
