Great pics. I need a new carb, cost is just about the same as Balrog so I'm going to sell a Bowen or two. I can't not get this.

I wish the base wasn't so big. It seems a bit unnecessary and only makes it harder to display. You could probably lose the whole part underneath the sword and not lose much if any stability. Or maybe not. Friggin Azog, Balrog and Smaug are going to take up a TON of space.
This thing is so amazing. I still get a big smile thinking about my first reaction to it. It's not just bigger than the first Balrog it's more massive. As far as the base Im glad it's the way it is. Lots of great environment.

Ok looking at these photos so the old Balrog is 13 1/2" tall and the new one is 20 1/2" tall does the top of the old Balrog to the top height of the new one look 7 1/2" when you compare the total height is 13 1/2" of the old one. I don't know man. I know the new one is bigger but that photo I think is a little bit off, not much but a little. Still it's a gorgeous piece and with in hand pics more will buy it. I bet there will be a few breakages with this one. The old Balrog I know of two that came with a wing shattered. The box has to be tremendous here
He's going to dwarf the old Balrog. It's not just the height but everything about him is bigger. The picture gives you a pretty good idea of the difference but owning one and having seen the other it is going to shock people I think. It may not mind you.
It's gonna be in a big box no doubt.

I really wish I could afford this, but I can't. Congratulations to all who have ordered this statue. It looks out of this world.
I got my order in on the 6th, but my invoice says the 7th. I guess they use NZ time? I thought I still had a chance to get in on the 1st batch as I forgot to order earlier.

I did the same thing, Maybe with cancellations you can get in on the first shipment.
I'm still on the fence whether to cancel or not. I'm all in on Smaug and don't think I want to spend that much money on both pieces. Also, I'm still not in love with the pose and sword. If I knew I could at least make my money back I would keep the order and play with him for a bit

Seeing this as a revisit I wonder if Weta will do any more. They did the mini ringwraith, I'd love to see a larger version like Azog on warg. That would kick all kinds of ass.
