Two answers from Tim at Weta last night (about the new statues and Barad Dur):

The next statues will most probably be launched in late Nov or early Dec. They will be In Stock and ready to ship

Actually it's being shipped from their US warehouse/distributor (Dark Horse in Portland, OR I think). They finally allowed the cargo to be released. Yayyyyy!!!

I don't know. I would assume so as I don't think the Key of Erebor would be that heavy. There have been a few issues with shipping I've noticed lately.
