Picked up some bone-in ribeyes from the local grocery store yesterday. I was very skeptical as they were on sale for 5.00 a pound. They were also considerably thicker than I like (and I like fairly thick steaks). I let the butcher talk me into them though.


I think I owe him a spot on my Christmas list.
