I was never really a fan of Metallica growing up, always liked Sepultura more but, Shortest Straw is one of the few Metallica songs i like.

Sepultura came later for me. Metallica was my introduction to metal (age 13-14 or so). Maybe that's why I still prefer metal that has some vocal melody.


The song that grabed me hook line and sinker was:

I always thought Igor Calvera was a better drummer then Lars Ulrich and well, even Max's vocals i liked better then James.
