Re: What's your favorite song of all time?

Four way tie: American Pie (Don McLean), Sister Golden Hair (America), Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison), Wasn't Born to Follow (The Byrds).

Interesting pick. It's a great song, to be sure - but I always found it merely average for a DM song.

Which isn't an insult - DM is top 3 bands for me.

i recorded it on the radio when I was a teen and for years i never knew the name of who sang it (until a friend told me much later ) it has always stayed with me i dont know why
there is something creepy about the rhythm in it. i think that's why i like it so much, it sounds kind of haunting

Highly recommend this Wolfsheim track to anyone into new wave, synthpop, Europop, futurepop, etc. Big fan of Tears for Fears and Depeche Mode myself. These guys hit the spot instantly and it's now one of my most frequent plays.

These other two need little introduction. ;)

Been listening to new album of "Of Monsters and Men" over and over lately. Its like they have this delusional future that Mr. Green picks up. Will have to drop them like he drop Taylor Swift.
