I tend to be a genre guy. Does not matter who is making the film or who is in it. If it's a genre I really don't care for then I am not going. However I do enjoy most genres so the trailer does play a little bit into the equation.

Voted the genre option. I would say most of the films I've seen at the cinema would be sci-fi and fantasy - the stuff most worthwhile seeing on the big screen. Anything else I can wait to see at home.

Actually most don't, considering all the successful movies he's starred in.
I'm sure the movies doing well had nothing to do with him being in them.
