I still think there is no perfect Blondie out there

yul brynner and steve mc queen to follow

I am also missing a great Han Solo sculpt

All of those have been made before so it is the quality that counts

e.g. I think your Vigo Mortensen is one of the best sculpts I own - and i have
quite some custom sculpts

Those are some pretty good suggestions.

Thanks!

i like to see some old skool kung fu characters, like drunken master. something that would look awesome on the shelves and fit in well with other display characters

Hey Eric,

Well to start off, I got my western sculpt in yesterday. Looks fantastic.

So, in keeping with the western theme... I'd like to see John Wayne. There's only one out there that I know of and it needs some work.

50's Marlon Brando and James Dean, and Jack Nicholson

Any of them will be good.

Glad you got like the head! I cant start waiting to work with it myself.

John Wayne is definitely a much needed headsculpt.

Game of Thrones Tryon Lannister

I guess I should have been more specific with my question. Let's try this way.

What character would you offer for sale, that you think would sell well?

Imagine that you are not the sculptor and have to pay someone else to do the work. What character would you choose to do that you feel would sell and allow you to fund future projects?

Eric
Yeah, I would definitely go with Ledger Joker if that's your criteria :lol

Otherwise, maybe Reeve Clark Kent, Terminator 1 police shootout Arnold (if so, do it fast before HT does), maybe that Gosling guy that everyone seems to love nowadays. Or Fassbender (again, before HT does!).

Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner.
Hottoys will probably not make him.
His clothes are an easy custom and he would look great in front of the Hulk. That is a epic pose.

I dont see any female sculpt request and this may
be off the beaten path....but.......

We've had some really great Matrix sculpts and figures
made over the past 5 years.
Morpheus, Neo, Agent Smith, all done to death.

But never have I seen a good Trinity sculpt.

Medicom's was a joke and the rest just plain bad.
I know a ton of people that would go for a Trinity
head so they could finally make a Trinity figure
worthy of going next to some of the awesome Neo's and
Morpheus figures already out there.

That's a built in market and you know HT's has been
sitting on the license for years, waiting for the 15th, 20th or 25th aniversary
to kick out some figures.

So if you got to market first with an awesome Trinity
head, you'd grab the market they wasted years on,
putting it to the man and in the process being able to fund whatever you want to
do next...:lol

What do you think??

Triad's was actually pretty nice ;-)

Yeah, and it got pulled after the 1st few weeks because
of a cease and desist letter...:rotfl

So if you want to gauge it by that...it was awesome...:yess:
But ultimately and quickly unavailable.
