I'd like to think of Capt. America Ex as a "Character-Based" exclusive since it has a COH/COB.

The Doom/Spidey ex pieces are "Accessory-Based" exclusives.

I think the Ex Thor will jump into "Grail" status fast. It has a small run at 500, it's huge, it's a very popular character, and the exclusive head is cool.

Edition size is always a factor for atleast half of the collectors interested.

It usually becomes a prestige thing (especially around here). It also becomes a matter of having the most collectible version on your shelf. If you are already spending hundreds on a statue, you might as well spend the extra 30-50 bucks and get the more limited version even if the exclusive sucks.

With the up coming Captain America movie Cap has potential; even with an exclusive floating around, now that the Red Skull is out. Wanting to complete the duo together could give them both a major push.
