My camera's a Nikon D90 with a Tamron 17-50 2.8 lens. I don't have a light box just yet, so I've just been using a white oslo paper for the backdrop and a single diffused lamp as a light source (yup, not flash. I try to stay away from it as much as possible and not to mention that my flash got busted last week I'm still having to get it fixed.). My camera's set to F/11 and a really show shutter speed (anywhere between 1 sec to 10 sec) depending on what's needed at that time
