Do NOT buy this. You've been warned...
PROS:
- Sculpts are really good (if you're lucky enough to get them without derp eyes as some have)
- Soft goods are nice, the hanging tunic pieces and his robe are wired.
- Nice acrylic crotch grabber stand which isn't often seen in 1/12 scale.
- Plenty of hands and Saber blades.
CONS:
- The body underneath is trash.
- Arms don't go all the way down to his side.
- Limbs will pop out of their sockets at the slightest of movement. Annoying AF.
- Wrist pegs are super soft and cheap. They are essentially useless. Once you remove a hand, you've just took one half the peg with it. Not broken, they're too soft to break, no. They split down the middle and come apart. Oh, joy...
- Boots have no ankle cut even though the foot inside it is indeed articulated. Was scary taking an exacto knife to them without cutting my fingers off. Yes, I actually had to put a slice in the ankle area of the boots to access the foot articulation. Fun...
- Head fits far too low on the peg making him look like he has no kneck at all from many angles. Awesome...
- Lightsaber blades are absurdly long. I have no idea why they did this. It's actually hilarious...
- Was roughly around $100 or so when it was all said and done. FML.
CONCLUSION:
Overall, there's enough here to try to kitbash a decent figure. But in it's current form, the way it's shipped to you, it's an absolute disgrace. It fails hard. Don't buy this. I'm going to mix and match some stuff that I can salvage to upgrade my SHF Maul. But I regret ever laying eyes on this thing. Especially for the price. Ugh.
