I've had issues with Sideshow stuff in the past and am firmly in the camp that their quality controll is highly lacking these days but at the same time I see them doing great stuff also. Its just your formally well articulated criticisms have gone into the realm of emo rants.

It was more of a general statment to all the guys here posting dumb pictures or comments clearly having nothing to do with the topic in discussion. Their instigative posts are totally unnecessary. If they cant put together a well thought out and legitimate argument in response to my posts.....why reply in the first place

I never attack any members here in my posts, they are always on point, dealing with and making reference only to SS.

As for "The Josh", I've never gone out of my way to attack him or any of his posts. I will reply to them if I feel the need to. However, for a guy that keeps advertising hes got me on "ignor" he sure does like to talk about me alot

Personally, if I had that many issues with a company, I'd close the book and get on with my life instead of continually posting libel in a fan forum like a psychotic 16-year-old ex girlfriend who got dumped and feints hate but is still secretly infatuated. But that's just me.

Difference is I will actually talk both ways about Sideshow. If they do something that "I" personally don't care for or like I will say so. Thats how I've always operated.

That sadly makes it so I have to read your posts. I saw what you said about hoping SS shuts down and so I commented. If you want I can screen cap my ignore list for you so you can see that you are for sure on it.

Well to be fair, the topic of this thread was about Fantacular, which got sidetracked by your ranting post. We don't know each other so this is nothing personal and I can be way off base here, but from reading your post(s), you're coming across as a very bitter, childish, selfish person. I apologize for the harshness of that statement but that is what comes across to me. What has happened to you has happened to almost all of us to some extent (myself included) and like KD said, I am not exactly happy with Sidehsow's QC right now either, but I am not wishing them to go out of business and have people lose their jobs. If you are truly done with Sideshow and they are nothing but a sore spot to you, then why stick around here? You're not going to get a heck of a lot of support/sympathy from a group that SUPPORTS Sideshow. Maybe just take a break from collecting for awhile and see if Sideshow straightens out their act and then maybe you will begin to enjoy collecting again.

Secondly, I NEVER wished for anyone to lose their jobs....those were your words...twisting mine. What I said was I hope another company comes along to replace SS (as a business). I was NOT attacking anyone at SS personally. Hell, I dont even know them....why would I.

You have it out for me Josh, like I have it out for SS. What I cant understand is why your so dam obsessed with my opinion of SS? Is your Dad the owner or something? And its not just my opinion, anyone that offends or passes judgment on SS you attack and place on your "ignor" list......must be a pretty long list by now.

I've said it before, your SS's PERFECT customer....they can never do any wrong by you. All you do is bend over and say thank you....may I have another.

Mike- They announce the 4-5 exclusive items every year in or around May. They're not announcing the entire line up of items they will have there in May.

Last year they started the first week of June to the first week of July. In 2008 and 2009 they began in May but last year it was Comic Con all July which wasn't as successful IMHO, I'm shocked that they are going back to the May thing especially since if it follows suit then we might be talking two months of "Comic Con" like instead of one like the same format as last year.

The situation is this......

SS claims to have charged a credit card (for many pieces including my $240 NRD for Optimus) on a card which I only had in 2009. In 2010 I got a new scene visa CC (the only CC I own) which I used to purchase every piece ordered though 2010.
SS claims thats not the case and that all my 2010 purchases were made through a CC I cancelled in 2009. I told them I have proof from my bank that they are absolutely wrong, and that theirs NO WAY that card could have been used.
Then they turn around and tell me if thats the case I owe them, over $5000 for purchases made through 2010 which I never really paid for ......meanwhile I've paid for every piece I've ordered from them on my 2010 scene visa CC which I have proof of.

Its one giant headache of epic proportions.....im sure "The Josh" would find nothing aggravating about any of this though
