Nope, but it gives him a reason to not be able to move on quite yet.

It gives him reason to get his money back and move on.

Likely he purchased by Credit Card. I'm sure he can file a claim there and be done with Sideshow permanently if that's truly what he wants. It's what myself, and likely everybody else would've done.

:exactly:

Last year they started the first week of June to the first week of July. In 2008 and 2009 they began in May but last year it was Comic Con all July which wasn't as successful IMHO, I'm shocked that they are going back to the May thing especially since if it follows suit then we might be talking two months of "Comic Con" like instead of one like the same format as last year.

Yes, they let you buy them in June. I still have my order receipts in my comic-con folder for some reason. :lol They previewed them in April though of last year because it was one of the first posts I had on my blog. Then they went up for order in June and thats when they spent that time announcing everything we would see.

By the way when I say exclusives I'm talking about stuff like the Comic-Con Clone Trooper.

Your turn is coming....Im sure their will be more to that story too :rolleyes2

I'm certain there's more to it than what you're saying. Possibly something to the effect of orders charged to your account and shipped to your address, then after receipt, you turned around and filed the charge as a fraudulent billing, etc. I've had both returns and refunds from SSC and NEVER had even remotely as bad an experience as you're claiming to have had. But if you made a bunch of purchases, kept the product and reported the billings as fraudulent, I can see them making your live a living hell, and deservedly so.

You got some balls on you there bud to even CLAIM im purposely making fraudulent claims on my CC to collect SS products. I make 150 grand a year....as opposed to your 20k a year salary. What need do I have to file claims on cheap $300-$500 pieces?....to make my standard of living better?

Read my post again you delinquent. With the amount I was purchasing from SS per month, you think my CC company wouldnt tell me where to go after my 20th+ claim. Theirs nothing more to the story, its cut and dry and I have the paperwork proving it all. However since you seem to know your way around filing fraudulent claims with credit card companies so well....I wouldnt be surprised thats how your able to collect anything at all. But what do you expect on a Mcdonalds salary...:lol

You know what's really funny? I only made $17,500 last year. For the first 5 months and last 2 months I had no taxes taken out of my checks, so my total withholding for state and federal was only $660. I'm going to owe money on April 15. :monkey4
