I have absolutely no desire to get this dio what-so-ever, and even I am ready to see some pics already! :lol

#77 here

Doesn't quite surpass the level of awesomeness that x-men vs sentinel 1 ex. set for me, but still, this piece is pretty sweet.

Still a pass. Don't much like the paint on Dracula... or blade. Best things about this dio are the light up parts and the base. The rest is way to comic looking and lacks the realism we are used to seeing on Sideshow pieces. Before anyone says, "But it's a comic book piece" I already know. I just would have preferred a more realistic style. :D

I don't see the lack of realism in this piece--I think the detail makes it pop with it.

What parts of the statue are you talkng about?

Edit: Ok the green pants, but, but, I HAVE A PAIR OF GREEN PANTS!

I once had a Mravel Legends Wolverine figure with green jeans and it drove me crazy. I had to find the variant with the blue ones. These are the kind of things that drive this piece down for me. :lol

:rotfl I have that same one lying around somewhere

He also lives 20 minutes away. If anything 15 bucks is too much. I would just drive down there and pick the sucker up if I could. ;)

Either way, it definitely pays to live in Los Angeles if you're a SideShow collector. I think that's about the only good thing going for LA though. *snickers*

I think the light up feature is CRAZY cool! I'm not a big blade fan though. If it portrayed a more realistic character, like in the movie, I would be ALL over this!!! But still a cool piece :)

The drive to SSC wouldn't be a leisurely one, I'd much rather sit back and let it come to me.

If that's the only thing L.A. has going for it, I don't ever wanna see your face in my town. :monkey4

And how much tax are you paying on it :monkey3
Way to try to make yourself feel better. It's still less than what you pay for shipping. :lol

IMO the exclusive sword hand looks much better than holding a gun.

For some reason I feel the sword is more capable of taking down Dracula than a gun. Pulling out a gun against the big guy at such a crucial moment as depicted in this diorama seems more like desperation. :lol
