It's normal if the piece is hollow. It has happened to me a couple of times.

bummer danny! SS QC strikes again! Hope you get a replacement in a timely manner before SDCC. MIne arrives today, crossing my fingers for no damages, but I usually return 7 out of 10 things that I get from Sideshow. terrible.
