The Sideshow distributor is in cahoots with this shop. It's more or less their shop face. They are supposed to be separate entities. When I was buying my figs from a guy, he'd put an order in for me. Because of the distance, he'd do a bi-monthly run to the distributors warehouse, to pick up my order. If there was something the store owner wanted, that was out of stock, I found that the store owner would pilfer items he wanted for his store, out of orders, like mine, that hadn't been picked up yet. :monkey4

*slap* Go pick it up =P

Uh? Duh? I don't have a store front, ABN. That's why I deal through a guy, cause I can't get it wholesale. Yobo. :lol I'm happy getting a good discount off retail, and not having a three and a half hour drive each way. :D

Don't sweat it. Things aren't always as easy as we'd like them to be. Sorry to have been a bit short with you. When I get slapped, I slap back.

I can't really offer any tips for on line purchases. I found a couple of sellers in a local flea market. They sold cards and some smaller figures, those beanie things, stuff I wasn't interested in. I asked if they sold any 1/6th scale figures and found they did. They just didn't display them because they had more people interested in the stuff on the stall. Fair enough I reckon. I bought some figures through them, then approached them with a deal. Asked them how much discount I might get if I promised to purchase 10 figures from them. Not all at once but over time. Never looked back. Bought dozens of Sideshow figures in the end. He knows when what I want comes in, I'll be there at the next opportunity to pay cash. I don't stuff him around and he looks after me. I buy him a slab at Christmas.

Sorry for being long winded. What it comes down to is, finding someone, get to know them, show them you're reliable, and give them lots of business. If you can't find a stall holder, try the guy at the shop with the power to make the decisions, and hit him with a fair proposition. Hopefully you'll find someone open to your offer. Good luck guys.
