Highly recomend Global gear great variety
off stuff and excellent customer service.
Thanks for the link. I just live around the corner from them, didn't realise they were moving. I found that the prices of their 1/6th figs were a little high, but with that moving sale on they might have something I'd be interested in. No, I'm not interested in their 1:1 Alien. Even at 40% off it'd be too rich for my blood.

I think all OZ toy shops are over priced most want $250 to $300 for a HOT TOYS PREDATOR:horror Aussie shops s^^^ big time
I did buy from www.oziegoods.com about 18 months ago but he has since raised his prices by about 30%:horror
I get all my collectables from overseas and still cheaper even with postage.

abc express and a select few sellers on ebay are the only places i shop.
Sideshow i use only for exclusives like the P1 and P2 diorama:naughty

The reason for the high prices is because they get all the Preds from the importer, who gets them from Sideshow, so you're having to pay for shipping back and forth across the globe. Is it any wonder the prices double? It's a monopoly.

I still can't believe there isn't someone taking advantage of this hole in the Australian market. I guess there isn't that many Aussie 1/6 collectors as we think.

Croftminster only sell to dealers as far as I'm aware. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey guys bit off topic but what do u think of our national anthem, never really done much for me.

In my opinion the national anthem should reach down inside you and give u that feeling of pride and belonging.I'd much rather have a version of I am Australian.

Sorry Redman, I, for one, am against promoting segregation from the greater planet. I'm not even that proud to be an Australian, mainly due to the government and the over rated system of democracy. I see all manner of inconsistencies, and don't consider this, the propaganda plagued "lucky country", to be all that great, much less lucky. I do see the beauty in the places I have been to, and we do have a lot more going for us than many other strife ridden regions, so I could say 'yeah, bonza mate, she's a beut', but that's as far as I'd go.

The national anthem we have is as good as any. Seems to be in keeping with other countries national anthems, and I do agree "I am Australian" is a more heart wrenching song, but not that version in particular. At least people would be able to remember the first verse easy enough. No one else does girt like we do though. :lol I guess I can be sort of proud about that. :lol
