Who's producing these Christian Bale figures?

These were taken at Toycon 2013. I think they look amazing. Especially the sculpts. A lot of companies have a hard time capturing his image. I could use these for some dark knight figures as well.

Does anyone who who will be producing these?

I thought that meant the figures on display. Maybe pending licensing.
