I dont hate Avp`s, but neither I love em as movies, but these creatures are badass. The wolf predator is freaking awesome, I would love to get one.

Dont diss the Wolf he's Hardcore. p1 being the biggest sissy, he died from a log falling on his head? Shake it off. P2 definently badass although he got tricked by danny pertending he was dieying, so that knocks P2 off the list. then you have the Avp preds, chopper being a clueless ,helpless,useless pred that never should have existed. he got stabbed in the back by one kick ass alien who took two preds lives. then there is celtic, gotta love that statue scene where he blends right in, that was awesome, but he also under estimated his prey(like p2) and got his brains chomped. Then there is scar, well he got facehugged..even tho he got it off, and fought the queen, i still think he's ^^^^^. NOW you have wolf, watches the video of his bros getting wiped out by an Alien/Predator hybrid, and goes after it!? Nice, so he likes a challenge. Has a Mask that looks like its been kicked around the world a few times with tribe markings all over it, +1 to bad assness. Has a full arsenal of goodies, two Shoulder cannons? WHy the Hell didnt the other preds use two? because they arent smart thats why +1 to Bad assness. Fights a bunch of aliens in the sewer, which is darker and has less escape routes then the pyramid the other preds fought in AND lays out laser traps +1 for common sense+1 for badass. Do i really need to go on? Takes a hell of tail whip from the predalien, thats pretty awesome. Gets bitten into a few times, doesnt run away and or become unconcious(pred2) Turns his SHoulder cannon into a Pistol, that was just kick ass! and doesnt constantly cloak himself, or try cloaking himself in water(pred2). Any takes all his gear off to fight the predalien like wtf? ++2 for balls and bad assness. and he doesnt blow himself up. So how can you not like the wolf? if you dont like the wolf because AVPR overall was bad, The wolf is the reason most people enjoyed it, and the Predalien of course.

I saw a creening of Trick or Treat at the Mann's Chinese in Hollywood. This movie was great. Don't know why they haven't released it.

Anyway, back on topic.

I hated the AVP movie, but the figures looked great, especially since I had always wanted great Pred and Alien figures, but nobody ever did them, so I bought them all. The later Machiko figure got me to read the novels of AVP, and now I actually like the AVP movie.

AVP-R is now my least fave due to the fact that I'm usbjected to Aliens in the sporting goods section and in high school swimming pools. Did anybody ever ask to see that? The Wolf was a good Pred, but he's my least fave figure.

Sorry to change the subject, but Trick 'R Treat is being released to video soon.

i have to say the only "god like" quality in that movie is when he does that huge leap towards the power station. Losing my fan cred? Im a fan of all the predator movies so how do i lose credit because I prefer a certain predator(regardless of the acting/plot/date the movie was made)im pointing out the flaws in the other predators tactics? All im trying to get across is that Wolf is alot more badass. If i were to say the ALiens in AVPR were badass, then id have to say thats losing more fan cred for all the alien movies.

*Edit* and another note. Who the hell wants to keep seeing predators die in the stupidest of ways? log to the head and blowing himself up,almost blowing up but instead being tricked by cop, stabbed in the back X2, chunk bitten out of head.

No, it hurts me as a fan of BOTH creatures to see obvious bias when making a VS film. No Aliens did any damage to Wolf at all. That doesnt equal kicking ass. That equals fanboy bais.

When the Predator took off his ^^^^ when fighting the Predalien, that really made me go WTF....the Alien has NO honor, no code, it should've killed him right there. No BS. No waiting.

well its a Predator/Alien hybrid, it has to take on some characteristics other than mandibles and a wide head. As for the aliens, they raped all the humans mostly which is what they have always done.
