Agreed. I liked the Wolf SO much more than the Preds in AVP.

A subtitle is much better than a number . I think slapping a number on the title is the filmmakers being lazy i.e. Spider-Man, Lethal Weapon, and Robocop.

Maybe they can have both, like Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment and Police Academy 3: Back in Training.

I kinda liked the AVP films, and yes they could have been alot better. The preds do look cool so thats why i collect them.

Even tough the movie's bad, we know a badass creature design when we see it.

Wouldn't you buy a badass-looking/realistic 1:1 predator that wasn't even in a movie if you could afford one? The Narin bio design being a good example.

Yeah, and the Narin bio Predator hasn't been tainted by the AVP movies. It's an awesome original pred design.

Edit: Of course I might be bias cause I'm buying the Narin Bio but still...

i guess i'm in the minority since i refuse to spend any noticeable amount on merch from movies i hated.
so far, all i have are a few of the avp 4" snap kits and the microman figures.
all together i'd say i've spent maybe $40 on avp merch.

i can't imagine being such a doofus that i'd blow $300+ on one of the poorly made avp 1:6 figures.
not only was the movie terrible, but the figures look like they're made by hasbro.
the avpr figures, on the other hand, are very well made. but, i still wouldn't sleep at night after spending $100+ on those.

again, could be just me.

Sometimes it's not the movie. The AVPR Neca alien is the best articulated so It gets bought even though the movie sucked.
