Nope. Contra Costa County screwed me last year with their Tax Projections on my new house. The projected $1500 every 6 months for taxes when it should have been $4000 every 6 months for taxes. I had enough in my escrow account to cover the first set of taxes but not the second so my bank "lent" me the funds. They also had to cover a Supplemental Tax charged to me in November. So I'm in debt to my lender which raised the payment of my house about $800 to cover last year's debt, this year's taxes with the appropriate projections and my payment itself. Unless I get an amazing Tax Return I won't be doing much buying for the next year.....
