Yea, actually looking over him again, I have to say, for 2k, the quality just isn't there. The sculpt and pose are simply amazing, but comparing it to my CM Pred in paint, it's actually not even close. It has great presence, but upon close inspection, the flaws really do come out. The base is actually really good though, even with the paint. I'm kind of glad mine has a crack. I looked at it closer, just to see if maybe it were a scratch, but it looks like a crack to me. It's still cool and for those that can't afford the CM, I would still recommend this for a die hard collector that needs a good Predator in the collection. I'm hoping the P2 statue will fair better.

It went to wait list before I got back into town to preorder (waited too long) so I'm waitlisting which means I don't get one.

That CM is incredible. I wish they would do a Pred Wolf too.

I'm contemplating maybe getting thx217 to repaint him since he lives only a couple hours away from me . I really don't want to ship this back . Depends how much he will charge me...

I'm glad we don't get the name on the base... I personally never liked that feature. I have a couple pieces that have it but most don't. When I collected Master Replicas I kept all the nameplate plaques and plaque stands in the box when possible because it seemed to distract me from the piece.

I like the wolf pose the best. I don't know why but I just can't get into the CM when the other P1 is available. The only CM I like enough to get is the Terminatrix.

I have been looking at mine off and on over the last few weeks ( close inspections ) and I have found minor paint flaws. Probably the worst thing I have seen is this little streak of greenish looking paint right under his chest armor piece ( you can only see it with your head ducked under him. Did not see it initially. I have seen a few minor paint scratches and microscopic errors...etc. Overall the finish on mine looks to be great but not EXCELLENT. I am happy enough to keep it, as the problems on mine seem rather minor than others who have had big issues. Really sucks with the crack in the leg. I checked mine over to see if mine might have that but did not see anything.

not me, i would like a pretty plaque for my piece, i mean it represent the character, the names.

on 2nd thoughts, thinking about creating big plaque for my queen.

with your experience on statues and paintworks from SWS, you can do it.
