The WW84 body is using a newer/updated silicone material instead of the less durable rubber of the previous figures. So, if you haven't had trouble with previous rubber armed HT figures like Thor or some of the female figures w/ exposed rubber arms, then this WW84 body should theoretically be even more durable and lasting than those.
That’s good to know.

1984 is my only WW figure, but the body is holding up very well looks the same as it did when I opened the box and it does seem very sturdy.

Here are some pics today w the Golden Armor headsculpt on the 1984 body. It still isn’t as nice as the WB100 release but I’m pretty happy with this look …

I think it's as nice as the WB100 one. Beautiful pics!
Thanks!

I tried to capture the look of the WB100 as best I could, if I could find a way to get the hair a little more under control it would b awesome.

But that said, the 1984 version is great right out of the box without any modification.

I applied a little hair gel (just enough to hold most of the hair in place) and every couple months I use a wet q-tip to tame any random strands

Nobody tried to put the sculpted hair on the Golden armor head ? I know it would require some work, probably destroying the WW84 head to detache the hair but...it sounds possible, right ?
I might try that if I can find the WW 84 and the GA head separately
