So you didn't enjoy 2.5 hours with Wonder Woman...? Was it the absolutely unnecessary time it took to tell a story we've seen a hundred times?

There's a free screening Sunday but I'm beginning to Wonder if I should bother. I don't want to be assaulted by ****** or bonding females. That's just weird -- I never heckle girls when they walk into a male-driven action film.

Women are actually making fun of men going to see this movie? Lol yea I wish a mother ****er would try that. It's a superhero movie not a nazi convention.

Come on, dont make us wait!!!!

That's the word I was looking for, heckling...thank you lol.

The movie is a narrative mess, clunky and at times very boring and there are some cringe worthy Gadot acting moments, I mean truly horrific line deliveries.

There is one scene in particular that will make you literally cringe at her lol.

There is also another scene where her lasso looked like cgi from my basement but other times it looked great.

Steve Rogers...errr...I mean Steve Trevor is the heart and soul of the movie, he did great that dude is talented.

Her story made no sense lol

The amazonian motivations rang hollow and Diana's "big" secret was shallow.

The humans reaction to witnessing WW was mind boggling unrealistic.

The big emotional moment at the end could've easily been stopped from happening.

Her abilities awakening was just odd, not saying it made no sense but just very odd.

I don't know, the movie was just a mess.

That's not saying much.

I don't look forward to an hour and a half of 'Splash'-turned-feminist, and then an hour of BvS crazy CGI action.
I did go in with lowered expectations, that's for sure. Some of the villian exposition was pretty corny. Action was solid though and Gal did all right. I'd give Wonder Woman a 7 out of 10.

That's enough for me. PASS.

Why break DC's record -- I've never seen one yet in the theatre.

lol

I'm watching Reeve become Superman right now just to remember when WB/DC were cinematic gods while Marvel was pooping in their cinematic diapers.

This movie is as much a 92% as Dr. Strange is a 90%.

I think that's a lot more than I'd give it. I feel no great need to contribute to this DC insanity. I'll save my money for something better.

Too bad too. I think this was the last of the big summer movies I had an interest in. Been a pretty flat summer... and summer hasn't even started.

For me, so far, Pirates 5 has been the big surprise and pleasure. Who'd have thought?

I just got back from this. I actually liked Gal as Wonder Woman and there were some sweet action scenes, but I didn't care much for the rest of the cast of misfit soldiers or the last part of the movie. The whole thing felt very much like CA: First Avenger. Just like the other DC movies, I wouldn't be upset if I never saw this again. I will say it was way better than Suicide Squad.

.

I didn't cringe at her as much as I did at the villains. I kept thinking about General Grievous doing the evil fingers things whenever they spoke.

Steve was really good in the movie, I agree with that. And yeah, the reaction was a bit weird.

Nothing good is free.... specially this movie. Sounds like a trap to be honest
