You mean comic book action movie, because there are even DTV movies that have better action than any CBM, because that's basically the only thing they have going on

Still, once you see through the shaky cam you realize BvS warehouse > WS highway fight, better choreography, better geography, better camera work, etc etc.

I love me some BvS Warehouse fighting but still not as good as TWS.

I will say that BvS Warehouse scene is definately the best Batman fight of any Batman movie

This is what happens when Marvel releases a movie without relying 95% on cgi for their fight scenes and why TWS is their spy thriller. I have been debating this, Marvel Cinematic Universe would not be where they are at without providing insanely amazing visuals and eye candy for the people. Look at DC planting its roots with batman a palpable character with a cape and spandex going back to the 1940's for their first film debut on super heroes and progressing through the times, evolving the batsuit to match modern times, now you have marvel characters that you and i both know looked ridiculous before on big screen with Blade as the exception since 2008 once technology was on par with storytelling and visuals to finally tell the story how it is.
I dont really care for expanded universes, i like movies individually, like finding the positive points for MoS, BvS, and SS, now WW, lets face it in my opinion any trailer that features heavily on pop music soundtrack will suck from the get go.

I am just glad we are finally seeing characters that growing up in the 70's, 80's and 90's were an afterthought on the big screen

That scene was all Batman doing what Batman does best, BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF BADGUYS! The Winter Soldier was a fight where two combatants go at it where either person could win. There's a difference.
