Right because if The Dark Knight was called "Bat Woman" and Bale and Ledger's parts were played by women then that movie would have been just as awesome as the current version. :cuckoo: :lol

The thing is, those are good movies, but yes, if they had done that with the Dark Knight and changing the genders, but actually being a great movie like TDK was, that movie would be sitting at a 101% :lol

I think Ghostbusters was proof enough that female led anything in today's day and age won't really be reviewed harshly.

I'm calling it right now, Sony's Silver and Black film will get great reviews, Ms Marvel might be the first superhero movie to get 100% fresh reviews, Gotham City Sirens will probably remain in the high 90s. Just watch :lol

Nolan never had any idea what to do with his female characters, nor how to cast them, nor how to get a good performance out of them.

He is totally inept with females.

Marion Cotillard: "Hey Chris when I have Talia die wouldn't it be funny if I do an abrupt stupid face like this?" *pretends to act badly*

Chris Nolan: "Did you get that? The cameras were rolling? Perfect! Cut, print, done!"

Marion Cotillard: "Wait, what?"

I think there were just too many character inconsistencies within the story. Then scenes like aunt dying and 2 seconds later she's just fine.

There's a reason why WB had planned on having the embargo lift a day before release. It wasn't until early reactions they pushed it up a week. I said it a long time ago, there was just no way this movie was going to get bad reviews, what scares me though is just how good the reviews have been. I expected this to be like a 70 something on RT, but a 93%? That's just insane.

Right now my DCEU ranks like this:

MOS
BvS

Wonder Woman

Suicide Squad

Yeah, you better be scared boy... theres a revolution coming

That's not an inconsistency, she's a warrior, she doesn't kill for sport or for the sake of it, she kills when it's needed, she's not anti-violence.

Yep, that Super Saiyajin scene was pretty cringe.

Sure as hell would've gotten a 120%

You're probably right then, inconsistency isn't really the right word. I guess lazy writing I should blame, because I do think she should have at least given a reaction and acknowledge the first men she killed.

Exactly, imagine if there was a Batwoman Begins? Same story and directing by Nolan just with a female leads, that movie would be sitting at 100%

The fact that people are saying Wonder Woman ranks amongst the best superhero movies ever just boggle my mind, but then again, I feel the same way about the Avengers.

Nolan never had any idea what to do with his female characters, nor how to cast them, nor how to get a good performance out of them.

He is totally inept with females.

*Snyder asks quickly: How much does he bench?*

I disagree, the extras in his movies suck, but I thought Ann Hathaway in both movies she acted in for him gave a solid performance, Carrie Ann Moss was very good in Memento, hell, even Scarlet was good in the Prestige.

He did drop the ball with Maggie Gyllenhaal in TDK though, but I thought he got a decent performance out of Katie Holmes in Batman Begins.

*snicker* :lol

Thanks Snoop :lol :duff

DiFabio gets banned, pturtle suddenly makes a surprise return.

Hmmmm.

He got banned again? What he do this time?

Yeah, you better be scared boy... theres a revolution coming

Sheesh, why must women be overtly strong for women to feel like they've been represented? Sarah Connor > Wonder Woman anyday

Hell, OG Mystique > Wonder Woman. I know feminists hate it, but I loved how Mystique actually used a woman's most powerful weapon to rescue Magneto in X2, her ****** :lol

Crows, why'd you scribble out your name at the top of that tweet?

:lol :lol :lol
