I wonder how many collectors have made the jump to collecting statues because of Batman as a gateway?

Green Lantern was my gateway. I was all action figures before but I stopped a few years ago because it was costing too much money.

So now I just buy $400 statues

Finally got home and pre-ordered her. I really like how Batman turned out for the most part, so I decided to pick her up for the Trinity. I wonder how many collectors have made the jump to collecting statues because of Batman as a gateway?

I have been collecting for a while but just this past year and half have i started collecting Sideshow products and I know how they tend to work. But hey we shouldn't feed the trolls even though its fun at times.

I PO'd my EX, I'm not patient when it comes to waiting for the PO but not an issue when it comes to waiting for the actual statue. Gives me time to get all my shelves together and pick out display cases I want!

Not sure as I never ordered one but I know a lot of paint cracking didn't happen until.people had the statue for months...so you can imagine the outcry after the 30days was up.

Actually Sideshow was pretty awesome about it. I contacted them 6 months to a year after I bought it when I noticed the cracks. They offered a full refund or $50 credit. I took the credit and ended up buying a replacement body off someone here. I thought it was pretty cool they were willing to remedy the situation well after the 30 day window.
