Thats when a bunch of us speculated that they hsve an ES in mInd at the outset and then adjust for pre-order volume. Joker the only DC PF so far to be gone that quickly, but in my opinion it was also because he was the first one offered.
Joker is bigger then Wonder Women. PPl really though she was going to sellout in 1 day. Where did all this craziness come from? The days of low editions and flipping is over. Although I like to Flip. It helps buy me more statues.

Ill say this, if you like her get it!. There have been pieces that I bought not necessarily being a collector of the franchise but being a fan of the way the statue looked itself and every time I have been happy. I'm the type of collector that if I like the pics and the way it looks I'm taking it whether I have any other pieces of the same line or not
. For instance, I've never had any DC in what is left of my little collection, and it's ok it won't deter me from ordering this one. She can be my first DC statue and possibly my only one 
. Collecting is about what YOU like

I'm exactly the same time of collector as you. However, I try to get at least two from the same line to pair them up on a Besta cube or at least get another statue that looks good as a companion piece. The exception is if the statue has a huge base and it will be hard to fit another statue on the same Besta cube. I collect statues for the art. It helps if I'm a fan of the franchise but it's not something that will deter me from buying a great looking statue.

Preordered this as soon as it went up today. After seeing the specs I'm going to have to do some major rearranging to find a spot for the Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman PF's. These things are crazy big. One in a Besta isn't going to cut it--I want them displayed all together.

They gave people replacement bodies, but they only had so many of them. I put mine away when I moved and it sat there in the box (in what I thought was mint condition) for about three month until I read about the paint issue on the forum. When I took it out of the box the paint on the legs was cracking and falling off. By the time I contacted Sideshow they didn't have anymore replacements, so they had me send it back for a refund. It pissed me off so much that I quit collecting the X-men line altogether.

I know exactly what you mean. I had that same plan when Shaak Ti came out, I was going to pair her up with Darth Talon and it was going to be bad @$$
. Unfortunately other things came up and plans didn't work out and I sold Talon to another board member, but I know in the end she got paired up with Shaak Ti. I bet they look great too 
. I remember at one time I was a completest (I don't even know if that's the right word ), if I bought a statue from a line I didn't have I had to back track and get everything I could. Or vice versa and order everything that came after that statue. It took me awhile to get away from that and really concentrate on the pieces I truly like .It's such a coincidence that you said that because I just got Shaak Ti the other day. She's alone on a Besta cube so far but someday I'll find someone to pair up with her. Darth Talon is too expensive for me so it has to be someone else.
I have three Bestas beside each other (the ones that are around 50 inches tall and 24 inches wide) and I will place the trinity on top of each Besta. That will be my way of displaying them together without having to worry about how they will fit inside a Besta.

I've got all 3-high bestas otherwise your setup sounds ideal. I'm going to have to figure something out but at least I'll have plenty of time.

If you have the room height wise get a PAX. They are cheaper then Bestas and you can fit anything inside them. I wish I would have started with the PAX. Bmutha did a sick MOD of one that you can see in his collection thread.

I think I'm going to put them on top of my upright piano. The three of them will fit perfectly up there.

I'll check them out. Unfortunately I just got the 3-high Bestas--my wife drove 5 hours to the nearest ikea and got me 4 of them--so I'm sure she'll be thrilled to see I'm already looking at other displays, lol. This hobby forces me to continually rearrange my displays though so I'm sure it won't be the last time.

The only space I have available for the 3 of them together would be a large dresser that currently has my Hall of Armor on it. I may have to move the HoA to the top of my detolfs and use the dresser for The Trinity.
