This statue is perfect though. ES shouldn't matter, this is a lifetime keeper.

Yes it is. But to many and to some extent myself ES matters. Still ppl need to realize that for a statue of this quality and size, a 2000 ES for the Ex is not large. Maybe because as SS collectors we've been spoiled but every other company makes a crap load of them

Wow how fast time goes by. 3 months already? I thought it was only about 3 weeks. Lol. But anyways WW is still the queen so far for me. Depending on the final product. Steve could possibly become my best sculptor in the industry. He knock out the Campbell spidey, and the green lantern villain to perfection. The likeness was spot on. I can't wait to see his future sculpts especially the females. WW was one of the most difficult to pull off if not the most. He pulled it off to as close perfection as you can get. The response was more positive in mass then any other statue ever made that I've seen. The reaction was the biggest positive I've ever seen.

Also, the proto is actually pretty nice looking. Odd stance though, but you can say that for a bunch of stuff SS has put out lately.

I'll bet they wait for orders to slow to a certain point on a piece like this, then make their best guess on an acceptable ES. People must still be buying. Kind of the opposite approach as the MOS...
