Yes, they just notify you ahead of time to give you the opportunity to cancel it in case you changed your mind or don't have the funds etc.

Just got a response from SS Daniel, sent a ticket with concerns regarding PVC and stuff.

The head-sculpt isn't separate from the rest of the body so I think it's safe to say that it is polystone.
