The head-sculpt isn't separate from the rest of the body so I think it's safe to say that it is polystone.

Just got a response from SS Daniel, sent a ticket with concerns regarding PVC and stuff.


'Thank you for your questions, and I’d like to take a moment to address any concerns regarding this figure.

As you know, our Premium Format line are mixed media statues, which allow our artists and production team to use a wide range of materials. In the case of the Man of Steel Premium Format figure, our production team found that a high quality plastic body kept the form of the suit much more effectively than a polystone body, so we decided to go with plastic rather than the typical polystone.

We are confident that the use of this material was best suited to achieve the most accurate result that we were creatively after.

Regarding Wonder Woman, please know that this staute will be a full polystone body and base.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact me directly.'


Some mumbo jumbo about the MoS, took the liberty of bolding the important part. So yeah, I am feeling better now.

This makes no sense to me, Sideshow representatives have posted many times already that this statue was not polystone. Many people have posted that they asked customer service and got confirmation that it was going to be polystone. Yet people still need to question weather or not it's polystone, and have to contact SS themselves because apparently none of the 30 or so other confirmations are good enough
