Shadowfax was a beautiful horse, but I don't think he warrants a LSB. I think the Gandalf on Shadowfax statue is a really nice representation of him.

The WETA Nazgul steed is pretty good. I would want it to be that size to complement each other.

I don't see that happening. It just wouldn't be that recognizable as a creature or character of Middle Earth. Just a horse's head. (So maybe it would actually be a nice companion to the Godfather bust...)
