Did they even change anything? Just looks like they've tilted his head up and shot him from below to hide its pointed shape. Yeah, the eyes are white, but is that all they've changed? Plus, they'll likely have pupils during the scenes where he's not doing his psychokinetic thing.

Still needs to be at least 7 feet tall if not closer to 8. Peter Jackson has already proven that can be successfully done in camera and CGI a decade ago. No reason why Apocalypse should be 5'9".
