XMA had the Quicksilver scene and Jean's badass rescue. X3 has a few cool seconds of Juggernaut chasing Kitty. XMA wasn't great but I prefer it to X3 by a wide margin.

Nothing badass about Jean's rescue :lol the only good thing about her entire character was her walking on air, she was cooler in X3.

But yeah QS scene was cool. They're both pretty bad, but X3 is marginally better.

So, TFA is the only thing we disagree on? :lol I'll give you this, I think I pinpointed why I didn't feel the RO trailer.

It was mostly the generic music, with little hints of Williams' score sprinkled on. **** was wack.

I'm not sure we even disagree about TFA. I've only seen it twice, I'm not in love with it or anything :lol

I don't even remember what "jean's rescue scene is." :lol

I remember the Quicksilver scene, which was cool but an obvious "you guys liked this - here's MORE!"
I remember Wolverine's rampage only because I had heard it was amazing and I found it average at best.
I remember the bad guys standing around on rocks for a long time. It reminded me of a classic Trek episode.

That's about it. Considering Beast and Nightcrawler are two of my favorite X-Men and I can't remember anything either one of them did (other than Beast's goofy expression when being carried by Quicksilver)...that's a pretty big fail for me.

Oh and Magneto lost his family again. Wah waah.

Her scene and the opening Egypt scene were the only good parts for me. :lol

The QS felt forced compared to his DOFP one.

The less said about the Weapon X scene the better. :lol

I really liked this movie, great finish to the first class trilogy. A bit too long though, and the four horsemen were wasted. The best buy steel book has a great looking cover

Though I really liked this one, I understand criticisms that it was forgettable to some. Was overstuffed, similar to Age of Ultron, and nothing novel to set it apart like the airport fight in Civil War or whatever. Some focus would have served it well, and I think keeps people from realizing the stuff that was done really well here.

Fassbender was good as usual but given little to do other than say the F word and hover, and his turn back to good felt weak.

I'll still buy it on bluray, for me it is worth owning.

How would you compare this to SS kara?

This might be the end of a Xavier/Magneto driven movie to a Deadpool driven movie. :lol

Obviously I liked X-Men a lot more (my favorite comic film this year), but both had good and bad. Both movies could have benefitted from more care in the editing room.

Like you, I'll be buying the Blu, and at release. Last comic movie I did that for was DOFP. I still don't have Winter Soldier.
