I want Jackman in this outfit soooooooooo much and I don't care how ****ing gay that sounds.

It's ridiculously that this actually exists and Jackman hasn't wore it yet. I still hope the end of DoFP might surprise us with it. It does fit the rest of the first class costumes.

You know what I'd really love? For Marvel to introduce D-Man into the MCU in his original costume as an "in your face" to the idiots at Fox who refuse to put Wolverine in his comic outfit. :lol

Dude, they already have a talking racoon and tree :lol it think it's beyond proven that ANYTHING comics can work with proper execution.

It hasn't been proven yet, the movie could be a flop for all we know.

The cool thing about guardians is that no matter whether I'll laugh with or at it, it seems like it's gonna be hilarious.:lol That film seems a win-win situation for me.

Why in the hell is there an audio effect when Colossus activates his powers ?! Like theres a speaker built into his back or something. Just where is this sound originating from? What are they trying to convey? Colossus' skin takes on a metal like quality. However this sound effect is implying that (from the sky :dunno ) a bunch of metal planks are dropping on top of him. And even then, it still doesn't make any sense cause they would be impacting his skin :slap It seems like they're suggesting that there is a hole on his back where metal planks are ejecting from and then adhering to his body and subsequently colliding with each other during this process, creating the sound of metal hitting metal.

Its his skin thats turning to metal (his skin which is already connected to his body and thus not colliding with anything )

This is a severe misconception of this characters physical properties. They don't even fully grasp what they're trying to depict.

SHH:

Hugh Jackman has had a stellar career on the big screen as a superhero. Having appeared in all seven of the "X-Men" films, including the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past, very few can lay claim to the same amount of time put into a single character on the big screen, but that time has to come to an end eventually. Jackman has previously expressed doubt about returning for the character, and even though it was previously reported that he will reprise the role for a third "Wolverine" film, the actor says that he still hasn't officially signed on for the film.

"I’m excited to see what we can come up with," Jackman said in an interview with SFX. "But I haven't signed on. I'm genuinely at that point where unless it's better than the last one I'm not going to do it."

When asked what story they might be looking at for the third film, Jackman replied:

"I don't know yet. We're talking it through. I still am very ambitious for the character. And tonally I feel like we corrected the ship with the last one. But I feel we can still go further, in a way. If I did another one I'm 99.9% sure it would be the last, so that will inform what it is for me."

Retiring after the third Wolverine movie is smart.

In the animated x-men Colossus had this so it's not a big deal

Yeah, it would have been. Unfortunately, he stayed on for another two or three after that already.

Seriously though, I like Jackman quite a bit, but he isn't getting any younger, and it might be nearly time to pass that torch, and cast a new Wolvie who wears the classic costume.

I think they should just keep the young cast and when Jackman is done get rid of all the other older cast. Move forward with the new cast and make stories set in the past.

Or just reboot the whole damn thing and do it right. :lol

I don't get the sound effect either but it used to drive me crazy that he grew considerably larger when he changed. I understand his density/weight increasing but how does he grow 2 feet and gain all that mass if nothing is actually added to his body? Rogue didn't become giant when she borrowed his powers so it doesn't make sense. I like the idea that he's just a big guy that's muscular from working his ass off on the family's collective.
