Its better that way in the end i’ll be surprised and not as pissed off.

I wish I could have this attitude, but when I count everything up I've seen now from DoFP and what I'd seen from ASM2, I shouldn't have naievely got my hopes up for ASM2.

The marketing spoiled the whole god damn film, contrary to DoFP it seems. First Class was also way better than ASM1. To boot DoFP is slowly garnering at least some acclaim already. Something ASM2 never did.

And now Cyclops and Jean are coming back?

I think it's safe for us to have some excitement mate. But I get it though.

Recast I'm sure, Singer said he wants to show how the X-Men came together, so they'll be younger. Looks like the old trilogy actors won't be involved with Apocalypse.

If they manage to convert this into an improving x-men adapatation I will be legit satisfied.

BUT if they are recast, that basically almost leaves it the only conclusion that Wolverine will in fact establish a new timeline in DoFP.

Is it as good as THE WINTER SOLDIER y'all ask? Well, mutants ain't my thing & I'm a tad biased towards Cap but yes, it's just as good!

I'll say this about #XmenDaysOfFuturePast: The third act is a hell of a good time. And Quicksilver is a big highlight.

Geeking out! Saw #XmenDaysOfFuturePast - Mind = officially blown! - Insane emotion/action! Every performance is awesome! Fav #XMen flick!!!

There is a sequence in the film that I would pay FULL TICKET price 2 see on a loop for 2 hrs! Epic action sequence! #NerdTears #Quicksilver

Wow! DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is the greatest, most complete and staggeringly entertaining #xmen movie to date. Incredible. Movie of the summer!

McAvoy, Jackman and Fassbender blew me away in #xmen. McAvoy is doing amazing things with Prof. X. Best use of Wolvie in years!!

Do you know what character is legit great in #xmen? Quicksilver. I'm not joking. He REALLY works! Great scene.

1st I heard "Don't tweet" then later "Tweet only reactions, no spoilers" so I'll say this: It's basically the #XMen film I've always wanted.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is superb. Carry on.

I hope those early reviews are right about this one. I want to love this movie. And knowing that Singer is taking on one of my favorite mutants in the next film(Love Apocalypse) I really want him to restore my faith in this franchise. So I hope this film rocks. And i need Hot Toys does a young Magneto in his costume.

They are not letting him do any press for this movie at all because of the rape accusations. They may not bring him back for a sequel.
