X-Men: Days of Future Past

This craziness existed all the way back in 2000/2003 with the first and second X-Men film. Pyro was played by a different dude, Kitty was played by a different chick, Logan's flashbacks changed, Sentinels were originally just those Spec Ops guys led by Stryker, etc. It was inconsistent all over the damn place.

Best to not over think it. Just sit down and view whatever film you're viewing and get immersed in that particular world. Watching X2? Don't worry about the others. Watching DOFP? Don't concern yourself with the others. The time line in these movies is seriously ****ed, best not to even make sense of it. I'm sure Apocalypse will **** things up as well. As long as it's a good movie though, who cares.

I think the casting stuff is really minor. We so frequently see recasts in follow-ups. The bigger deal is a guy goes from a big black dude to a white dwarf, but still. . .I can live with it

Thats great, with Maleficent and A Million Ways to Die in the West getting some pretty poor reviews, DOFP might be able to pull off another weekend on top.

Yeah, it was perfect timing, today my wife said she invited a couple friends from work to go watch Maleficent with us on Saturday, and she said I could go watch X men again instead of sitting in there with them.

I really didn't want to to see Malificent.
