Exactly. Not hard to see Cable in a Boba Fett style role where he'd elicit a lot of interest despite not having many lines/much screentime. But then again, it'd be easy to blow it with a half-baked reveal, too... so on that score, I'd lean more towards non-inclusion -- especially if Bishop's introduced in the same film.

Well, whenever they bring Cable in, Stephen Lang needs to play him. End of story. :lecture

They couldn't have just accepted the success of First Class and completely abandoned the old movies? :dunno

I have greater faith in the next Wolverine movie than I do this mess.

Seems like Bryan Singer came back and wanted to take it back after Vaughn made It good again....Thing is...after X-men 2, he really hasn't had a good movie. I'm hoping for the best though.

He came back because Vaughn turned it down.

No, I know that, but he didn't want to do x-men for ten years until suddenly Vaughn brought quality back to the series :dunno Convenient.

I know I'm unfairly suggesting nefarious doings. My brain has just happened to be kicking around that thought.

(and yes, I know Singer produced and helped write first class)

I heard there is a side bet going on. There seems to be an argument about who has more members, The X-Men or the Screen Actors Guild. So they plan to continue casting this movie until they run out of mutants or SAG members to determine the winner of the bet.

I refuse to believe Bishop is in this film. If Michael Jai White was cast, we would have heard about it.
