Loved XFC...have huge doubts over this one...
enjoyed Singer's XM2 and Superman Returns even though it was a HUGE mistake to emulate and "pay tribute" to 1978 Superman...huge flaw

SHH:

X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer has been teasing moments from the film's set since before production began, and the pieces are starting to come together. Two weeks ago saw the release of a photo teasing a "pivotal meeting" inside The White House. The next day saw another photo teasing Vietnam War protestors outside of a French Embassy, and today's image brings both of those together.

The director has revealed a photo from what appears to be the setting of a speech from President Nixon. The speech begins with: "Today we face the gravest threat in our history. What the world witnessed in Paris was not an isolated incident..."

What likely happens at the embassy is an attack from a group of mutants, potentially Magneto and his brotherhood, and we're willing to bet that this speech ends with Nixon announcing the creation of The Sentinels from Trask Industries. What are your theories on what it all means? Sound off below!

Saw this in front of MOS

What it means is that Singers project will have very little to do with the comic story. Any resemblance to the Claremont / Byrne epic will be purely coincidental.

Sentinels. Dystopian future, changing historial event are all parts of the original story.

What's looking to change is more people will be travelling back in time and the event to be changed will be different

It's a great achievement to have gotten all the original cast members (for the featured characters) back.

Thing is with Storm, the role has been shortened reportedly because Halles pregnant.

Would've been great if they recasted with Kerry Washington. I can so picture her in the role

Interesting. Since Magneto's surname is Lensherr in the movie i hope and wonder how they'll make Quicksilver his Son.

Scratch that. Magneto doesn't go by Maximoff in the comics, mostly Magneto but he has a bunch of different names.

Really hope they make Quicksilver his son. It's easy just make his mother unknown and have Magneto acknowledge him as his son who was born at a time when he was fighting for mutant supremecy and couldn't raise him.
