Great butt shot. The flames are just pouring out and flying back.

Thank you Mamba for the updated pics !

Just wanted to share my experience collecting XM so far.

If you live in the US and want to pre order an XM piece , its like an underground process to secure one. You Basically have to find a Person that lives in Singapore that sells XM. They will only have a certain amount of Pre order slots that can be sold. Normally they charge from 50-100SGD on top of XM retail price for their time to secure PO, and ship. You pay them the exact deposit amount that XM has on their site which is normally between 200SGD-300SGD

GhostRider Pre order was first released at SGTCC. There are supposed to be a future allocation for the actual XM site along with XM store walk in. The person who I have been buying from sold out of the Pre orders for Ghost Rider. This is where my long journey began.

Took me about 2 weeks of reaching out to anyone I saw listing XM statues in Singapore to finally secure a pre order. I had to pay a decent amount over the XM retail price for the Pre order compared to the normal 50-100SGD I normally would pay.

I'm happy to have locked him in as Ghost Rider is one of my Favorite characters.

I hope this helps explain to any newer XM collectors that live in the US

WOW, that looks amazing. I agree with everyone who says the chain needs to be silver. The black chain just blends in too much. Other than that, this piece is perfect the way it is.

If I was going to sell my Magneto for $2000 right now to a forum member I can pretty much guess that member will think I'm a Hero :p given I would be saving him between $1000-$1500... :)

Actually he has gone up for $2400 a number of times now, but $2000 would be rather nice. XM prices have dropped a lot and Magneto took a huge dive as well.

Looking at Ebay sold prices, the cheapest was $2700 all the others were over $3000+.... Although you might be talking about FB group prices (shrug)

I'm not really convinced that eBay prices are reliable. People can fake around with them, and inflate the prices artificially. Don't tell me that doesn't happen.

Yeah. FB prices seem fishy sometimes. Especially since this one still hasn't gone up for PO and could still possibly be had for retail.

Entrai, the conversation they are having is about Magneto :)

A lot of members on here said they paid close to $3000 for him... so until I see people saying they actually bought it for $2400 or less I'm skeptical about the average price dropping that low on Magneto...

You can tell if an Ebay auction was fake or not by looking at the bids, usually. If it's fake you'll find the same user jacking up the price, often users with 0 feedbacks bidding just to increase the maximum bid and so on.

Exactly. I've seen several items where people were bidding against the seller. Just a hunch, but also pretty obvious. :lol

How can you see that? I thought the user's names are masked? Just a letter, a couple asterisks, and another letter.

Yep but always the same initial and final letter, and it has the number of feedbacks of that user. It's quite easy to recognise a fake auction

I assumed the letters are assigned randomly.... when I've looked at my own bids, they are never the same letters.

They are. It seems like a pattern, but if you look at multiple auctions, you'll see there's really not.

Yeah. That definitely happens to secure something that was going to sell too low, no doubt.
