Someone said it weighs 33 kg = 72 lbs as a package so i'm pretty sure it's rock solid... lol

Now that I ordered Cap I feel like I crossed a major threshold in my collection. I now find myself checking the XM page regularly for Magneto to go live and wondering when I will see Phoenix and thinking the Wolverine looks awesome too. I can't stop!

Simply Toys had an excellent price on this in comparison to the U.S. Retailers. Is that who you ordered through? I'll let everyone know how mine turned out as I feel completely at ease with this company and have full confidence they will deliver an excellent product. I understand how others would be apprehensive about using a foreign company but my guess is this is how the u.s. Retailers procured theirs
That's where I've been spending a lot of my time as well. XM has a lot of great updates and sneaks on their Facebook page as well. That's where Thanos and Phoenix images came from. Check them out. They seem to have fairly regular updates there. At least that's where I've been finding the sneak previews. I also enjoy checking out the XM hottie they had at one of their displays.

You can also google speculative fiction or secret compass as these two are in the U.S. If you don't feel comfortable ordering from a foreign retailer. I would wait to see the results of Simply Toys initial deliveries. (People will be getting them this week) and as long as there are no issues save yourself a hundred bucks and order from Simply Toys

Given the weight people are reporting, I would said it's a solid or near solid statue, so it should be stronger then the hollow statues SS makes... Should help with less breakage issues while shipping...

Don't know how it works in transit but a solid piece will be more weight bouncing about in the polystyrene.

I think Dans right with his assessment for the most part. I've never heard of a Hulk PF or Doom PF showing up in pieces and those two weigh a metric ton! They didn't really have any detachable parts like this cap does but SS packaging has never looked like this either.
